• Noon-5:30pm and 8pm-Midnight ~ Hospitality Suite Open
• 6:00-7:30pm ~ Welcome Reception in Ballroom ~ Hosted bar and Heavy Hors D’oeuvres served

Golf Tournament will be at the Beachwood Golf Club – 1520 Hwy 17 S; North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
(just 10 minutes from the resort).
Golf tee times are every 10 minutes beginning at 7:15 AM
• Noon-4:30pm ~ Hospitality Suite Open
• 6:00pm-Midnight ~ Reception and Dinner in Ballroom with hosted bar.
“Deal or No Deal” will be played after dinner!

Departure ~ Have a safe return!
- Badges must be worn during all scheduled events.
- Registration packets will be available in the hospitality suite and include name badges, a registration list, a schedule of events, and a gift.
- Dress is casual for all events.
- The Hospitality Suite will be open daily except during receptions. Schedules for all recreational activities will be posted in the suite. Badges are required.
